www.downloadfestival.fr (the "Website") is owned and operated by Live Nation S.A.S. ("our", "us" and "we"). We're a company registered in France. These are the Website terms and conditions (the "Conditions"), which apply to the use of the Website by end users. By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by the Conditions. The Website is provided for the benefit of residents of the France who are over the age of 18. If you are not a France resident, over the age of 18 or do not agree to be bound by the Conditions, you may not use or access the Website and we will have the right to restrict or prevent your access to the Website. 1 YOUR OBLIGATIONS

1.1 You will not:

7 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND RIGHT TO USE

7.1  You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content contained within the Website shall remain at all times owned by us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us.

7.2  You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Any other use of the material and content of the Website is strictly prohibited. 8.1  If any part of the Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the Conditions.

8.2  These Conditions (as amended from time to time) contain the entire agreement and understanding between us in respect of all matters which are referred to herein and supersede any prior written or oral agreement between us relating to such matters. No oral explanation or oral information given by either of us shall alter the interpretation of these Conditions. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these Conditions, you have not relied on any representation that is not expressly included herein and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of these Conditions. However, nothing in these Conditions purport to exclude liability for any fraudulent statement or act.

8.3  The Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.  The Website is controlled by us in France.  We make no representations that the Website is appropriate or available for use in other countries.

"Cashless" is a contactless payment system, thanks to a microchip in your bracelet, your life will be easier when shopping during the festival (drinks, meals, merchandising, etc.). Fast and convenient, this system is 100% secure for festival-goers.

 

 

CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE THE FESTIVAL !

 

By creating on-line and pre-charging your account before the festival:

  • You will have dedicated lines to the entrance.
  • You can directly enjoy the festival without going through the top-up banks.
  • In case of trouble, you can block your chip in every top-up banks.

HOW IT WORKS ?

 

Your "Cashless" bracelet is the only way to pay for purchases on all stands in the festival.

To pay, you simply move the chip on your bracelet to the payment terminal.

On each transaction, the amount remaining of your account is shown to you.

 

IMPORTANT : Your "Cashless" account is an electronic wallet. It is not linked to your bank account. You will not be charged beyond the amount you credited.

 

 

 

  • BEFORE THE FESTIVAL

 

 

Create your Cashless account by filling your first name, your name, email, a password, your festival ticket number and Bank card information.

Choose the amount you want to be credited to your bracelet. Confirm ... and that's it!

 

If you already have a Cashless account from last year, you can use your id to connect.

 

 

 

  • DURING THE FESTIVAL

 

 

You already created your Cashless account

 

Arriving at the entrance, head towards the Cashless booths corresponding to your 3 days or one-day pass.

When your ticket is scanned, your bracelet is given to you containing the money you have pre-charged.

 

WARNING : For one-day ticket, payment bracelet is not a pass for the entrance.

 

 

You do not have a Cashless acount

 

If you have a 3 Days pass : choose the dedicated queue for 3 Days Pass. At the checkpoint, your ticket is scanned and a chip bracelet is given to you.

To activate your chip and the credit, visit one of top-up banks on the festival area.

You can credit your chip bracelet with your credit card or cash.

 

If you have a one-day ticket : choose the dedicated queue for one-day tickets. At the checkpoint, your ticket is scanned.

To get your chip bracelet (with money on it), visit one of the many top-up banks on the festival.

 You can credit your chip bracelet with your credit card or cash.

 

 

Reload your Cashless wrist

 

You can recharge your bracelet as many times as you want in Cashless top-up banks by CB or cash.

You can also charge your chip bracelet to your account on the website or mobile app of the festival.

Refund

 

If there is money left on your bracelet after the festival, you have to make your refund request between Monday, June 12th 8.00 a.m and Friday, June 126h, 11:59 p.m.

 

This will be done by credit card only, and will require 6 letters code inscribed on the chip on your bracelet.

 

IMPORTANT : KEEP YOUR BRACELET !

 

 

You have created a Cashless account

 

To request your money back, you simply connect to your account via the festival website or the mobile application and click the button « Reimbursement ». Your credit card will be credited to your balance at the end of the month.

 

 

You did not create a Cashless account

 

In order to reclaim your balance, you must create a Cashless account.

For this, nothing more simple: visit the festival website (or application mobile), and go to Cashless section.

 

From here you create your Cashless account by filling your first name, your name, email, a password, your festival ticket number and Bank card information.

 

Once logged into your account, click the « Reimbursement » button. Your bank account will be credited to your balance before the end of the month.

You had a Cashless account last year ?

 

Your ids didn’t change! For thus you will:

  • Use them to associate your 2017 ticket to your account.

 

 

Do I have to register ?

 

No ... But we highly recommend it! For thus you will:

  • Check expenses history
  • Recharge your account at any time on the website or mobile application.
  • Block your chip in case of trouble in one of the top-up banks

 

 

I only have a one-day ticket. How to get my payment bracelet ?

 

If you have created and credited an account before the event, a bracelet chip containing the amount you pre-credited is given to you after your ticket access control.

 

If you did not have create an account, you simply go to one of top-up banks to obtain a payment chip bracelet and credited the desired amount by cash or credit card.

 

WARNING : For day pass, payment bracelet is not a pass for the entrance.

 

 

I have several day tickets. Should I create an account for each day ?

 

No! With an account or not, it is only a payment chip bracelet.

Whether you come 1 or 2 days, you create your account with 1 ticket number and keep the same payment chip bracelet during the festival.

If you did not create an account, your payment will also be valid throughout your stay.

 

 

What happens if I lose my chip bracelet ?

 

Knowing that your bracelet is attached to your wrist, it would not be likely to lose it... But if it happens, anyway, your account is attached to your bracelet, so, you can block your chip by visiting one of the top-up banks. You can get for free a new bracelet which will be credited to the balance of the chip you have blocked.

Unfortunately, if you did not create an account, blocking your chip is impossible ...

 

 

Is my chip bracelet free ?

 

When you topped-up your bracelet for the first time (creating an account before the festival or directly into a top-up « bank » during the festival), 1€ is taken for the chip activation.

 

Example: If you credit your chip with € 20, the actual balance on your present chip will be 19 €.

 

NOTE : The activation fee is only charged for the first topped-up. All topped-up are free.

 

 

How to recover the balance of my wrist after the festival ?

 

If you created an account, simply log into your account via the website or mobile app of the festival, and to ask for reimbursement. Your bank account will be credited to your balance before the end of the month.
